THE-MA Spa has implemented an Organization, Management, and Control Model, in accordance with Legislative Decree 231 and subsequent amendments, to help eliminate any organizational shortcomings that could potentially facilitate the commission of offenses. This model serves as an additional tool for improvement for the company (which already holds UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, UNI EN ISO 14001:2015, and UNI EN ISO 45001:2018 certifications), and provides an opportunity to raise awareness among employees through the monitoring of operational processes.

Based on these principles, the model aims to:

a) Ensure that all individuals operating in the name and on behalf of the company are fully aware of the risk of incurring criminal and administrative penalties if they violate the provisions outlined in the model, both personally and for the company.

b) Reaffirm that any form of illegal behavior is strongly condemned by the company – even if the company might appear to benefit from it – as it contravenes current legislation and the ethical and social principles expressed in the Code of Ethics, which the company is committed to upholding in its business operations.

c) Enable the company, through monitoring of high-risk activity areas, to promptly intervene to prevent or address the commission of offenses and protect its interests in legal proceedings.
